CATAPULT University
When ECRS began deploying retail automation systems, we quickly learned that simply providing the technology does not work. Under this premise, CATAPULT University was founded to provide customers with comprehensive training to ensure maximum system benefit and return on investment.
CATAPULT University is held monthly in beautiful downtown Blowing Rock, NC. This serene setting allows attendees to focus solely on learning the ins-and-outs of CATAPULT and other ECRS products away from the bustle of normal store activity. Training is held at the Meadowbrook Inn and includes chef-catered breaks and lunches, use of a personal laptop, and training manual. The ECRS instructor has provided system instruction, across all retail verticals, for over 10 years. Classes are kept to a maximum of 12 students to allow ample time for personal attention if needed. ECRS provides both a basic training and advanced training.
