Recent Training Class Reflects on Catapult University Benefits
Set in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains above Boone, NC at the prestigious Broyhill Inn, Catapult University is designed to bring end users up to speed on the full capabilities of this powerful retail automation tool. ECRS recently implemented an enhanced class design featuring a greater degree of product knowledge and student interaction. Whether attendees are brand new to Catapult or have been using it for years, a more focused hands-on approach to training helps deliver an optimum degree of product knowledge during the four days of classes.
This past week ECRS's Catapult University graduated another class of newly educated end users from its intensive four-day software training school. At the close of sessions, the students were enthusiastic about their learning experience and talked with us about their Catapult training.
End Users Share Their Thoughts
Ronak Patel, owner of Smokers Express, a chain of eight stores located in Pennsylvania said, "Instructor Mac Mast was able to relate to each student in a way that made us feel at ease. He was also able to give each of us examples of how the Catapult system can meet our specific store needs." Patel added, "I liked having the ability to practice what we learned with the laptop PCs in our rooms after the classes were over for the day." When asked if he would recommend Catapult University to other Catapult users Patel said, "Yes! It gives you a chance to see how powerful Catapult really is."
