March Training Class Reflects on Catapult University Benefits
Each time a customer purchases the Catapult System for their business, ECRS encourages these new users to attend Catapult University in order to learn all the functionality the system has to offer. Set in the mountains of Boone, NC at the prestigious Broyhill Inn, Catapult University is designed to bring end users up to speed on the capabilities of this powerful retail automation tool. ECRS recently implemented an enhanced class design featuring a greater degree of product knowledge and student interaction. Whether attendees are brand new to Catapult or have been using it for years, a more focused hands-on approach to training helps deliver an optimum degree of product knowledge during the four days of classes.
This past week ECRS's Catapult University graduated seven newly educated end users from its four-day software training school. At the close of sessions, the students were excited about their learning experience and talked with us about their Catapult training.
End Users Reflect on their Experience
"We had a great learning experience and everyone made us feel comfortable & welcome," said sisters Phyllis David & Kathy Eaves of Willis Discount Foods in Wewahitchka, FL. "The classes were very detailed with lots of valuable  information." Susan Stout, inventory manager of Curtis Pharmacy in Claysville, PA said she was amazed at the amount of information she learned in just a few days. "Instructor Mac Mast made the class fun & relaxing. It was great to be able to take the labtops back to our rooms to work on differnt scenarios."
"The quality of instruction was very thorough as well as explicit," said Trent Harley, owner of No Name Nutrition West, a health food store in Omaha, NE. "I really appreciated the individualized attention Mac gave to each student. If you had a problem he would stop & take the time to make sure you understood." 
Peggy Triscik, office manager at Curtis Pharmacy said having different stores learning together as well as from eachother was really beneficial. "There were questions that I did not think of that others asked that were really helpful in the scheme of learning."
"Mac was awesome, it's nice to be trained by someone with real world experience," said Todd Hurley, owner of No Name Nutrition Market, in Omaha, NE. "We feel we gained a lot of valuable information. The real-world experience Mac applied to the class made it easier to understand and apply. He took whatever amount of time needed and always found a way to help you understand the many facets of this amazing system."
