Recent Training Class Reflects on Catapult University Benefits

Set in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains above Boone, NC at the prestigious Broyhill Inn, Catapult University is designed to bring end users up to speed on the full capabilities of this powerful retail automation tool. ECRS recently implemented an enhanced class design featuring a greater degree of product knowledge and student interaction. Whether attendees are brand new to Catapult or have been using it for years, a more focused hands-on approach to training helps deliver an optimum degree of product knowledge during the four days of classes.
This past week ECRS's Catapult University graduated another class of newly educated end users from its intensive four-day software training school. At the close of sessions, the students were enthusiastic about their learning experience and talked with us about their Catapult training.
End Users Share Their Thoughts
Sheryl Martins, owner of Caesar's Pharmacy in Somerset, Bermuda, said “Our Catapult trainer provided a tremendous amount of very useful information to the members of our class. Catapult is able to accomplish everything I need it to do, and has all the features I was looking for.”
Michael Omland, assistant manager of Ben Franklin Crafts in Kingsport, TN, said the quality of instruction at Catapult University was superb. “We had a set of goals we wanted the POS system to accomplish, and Catapult was the only one that met all those goals.”
“Catapult is by far the most full-featured of all the POS systems I have worked with,” said John Swan, owner of Greenlife Grocery in Asheville, NC. “I would recommend Catapult University to other end users because this is an extremely robust program, and the training classes offered by ECRS help bring about an in-depth understanding of the system's full features and power.”
Students also talked about about the quality of instruction at Catapult University. “Instructor Mac Mast knows retail and can help with just about any problem," remarked Libby Parsley, manager of Celeste's Interiors in Blowing Rock, NC. “All of my main questions were answered by lunch on the first day!”
Ted Blanton, owner of Health Trail Natural Foods store in Newport News, VA, said he chose Catapult based on good recommendations and the character of the owner and the salesperson. “Nothing is more important than values. If the people in charge have integrity, then typically the whole company reflects that by offering top-quality products and services."
