January Training Class Reflects on Catapult University Benefits
Each time a customer purchases the Catapult System for their business, ECRS encourages these new users to attend Catapult University in order to learn all the functionality the system has to offer. Set in the mountains of Boone, NC at the prestigious Broyhill Inn, Catapult University is designed to bring end users up to speed on the capabilities of this powerful retail automation tool. ECRS recently implemented an enhanced class design featuring a greater degree of product knowledge and student interaction. Whether attendees are brand new to Catapult or have been using it for years, a more focused hands-on approach to training helps deliver an optimum degree of product knowledge during the four days of classes.
This past week ECRS's Catapult University graduated ten newly educated end users from its four-day software training school. At the close of sessions, the students were enthusiastic about their learning experience and talked with us about their Catapult training.
