February Training Class Reflects on Catapult University Benefits
Each time a customer purchases the Catapult System for their business, ECRS encourages these new users to attend Catapult University in order to learn all the functionality the system has to offer. Set in the mountains of Boone, NC at the prestigious Broyhill Inn, Catapult University is designed to bring end users up to speed on the capabilities of this powerful retail automation tool. ECRS recently implemented an enhanced class design featuring a greater degree of product knowledge and student interaction. Whether attendees are brand new to Catapult or have been using it for years, a more focused hands-on approach to training helps deliver an optimum degree of product knowledge during the four days of classes.
This past week ECRS's Catapult University graduated four newly educated end users from its four-day software training school. At the close of sessions, the students were enthusiastic about their learning experience and spoke
with us about their Catapult training.
End Users Reflect on their Experience
"Catapult University was very informative and offered lots of useful suggestions," said J Douglas of Jasmine Moran Childrens Museum in Seminole, OK. "I would recommend Catapult University to other Catapult users because this product is the cutting edge of technology and it's very important to know everything it can do. We are confident this system will be around for a long time."
Ruth Overmier, Manager of Conrad's Coffee Company in Boone NC, said she liked learning the detailed functions of Catapult, such as worksheets & general ledger information. "Without the University, users do not recieve full training on detailed aspects and functions of the system," added Overmier.
"Instructor Mac Mast does a great job of teaching to all levels of users in the class," said John Andrews, owner of Pheonix Market Natural Food Stores in Athens and Eatonton GA. "Mac's retail experience and his knowledge allows him to provide a practical nuts & bolts learning experience."
