House of Nutrition is a
full-scale health supplement retailer owned and operated by Robert Cuzzo.
Supplying the Yonkers, NY area with a comprehensive selection of health
products, House of Nutrition takes its position in the supplement retail
business very seriously. The store uses Catapult to manage between 8 and 10
thousand SKUs on a daily basis. ECRS caught up with Mr. Cuzzo recently to find

Catapult's powerful Discount System allows
House of Nutrition to build just about any conceivable discounting schema. The
system is so flexible it can be programmed to automatically apply discounts
based on the item and/or customer. The system easily handles such variables as
Mix-and-Match, Unit Quantity, Price Levels, and Automatic Quantity discounts
based on cyclic or non-cyclic intervals. Every discount is tracked down to the
transaction level and discounted sales can be reported between any two dates.
All of Catapult's discounting capability is available through its unique Price
Change system, which allows House of Nutrition to turn automatic discounts
on and off by item for specified sale periods. For example, a discount promotion
can start Saturday evening and end Monday morning automatically without any
user intervention.
