ECRS and PARtech Form Strategic Alliance

Retail Software Provider and POS Hardware Manufacturer to Provide Integrated C-Store Solution

Las Vegas, NV - November 16, 2005 - Today at NACS, ECR Software Corporation (ECRS), a leading supplier of value-added retail automation solutions, announced a newly formed strategic alliance with PARtech Inc., a leader in systems and service integration solutions for the Convenience and Petroleum retail industry. ECRS will integrate its CATAPULT enterprise POS system and Open Fuel Server(TM) system with PAR's ViGo Xi POS terminal.
