Aurora Health Care and ECRS Complete 112 LocationRetail Automation Project
MILWAUKEE, WI – December 10, 2009 – Aurora Health Care and ECR Software Corporation (ECRS) announce the successful completion of an extensive, 112 location point-of-sale (POS) implementation project. Aurora Health Care is a leading, not-for-profit, Wisconsin-based health care provider. Aurora Health Care selected the ECRS Catapult™ solution, in part, to help its pharmacy retail locations meet changing industry-related government regulations including IIAS compliance and pseudoephedrine tracking.
ECRS Catapult also provides centralized enterprise management for their gift and pharmacy retail stores. The system enables consolidation of store promotions, pricing, security settings and financial reporting for performance monitoring and sales trend detection across the diverse enterprise. This functionality saves cost and time by automating and centralizing key administrative functions.
This was all done in an effort to better serve Aurora’s patients and customers and meet the demands of a rapidly changing business.
