ECRS Makes Biggest Splash Yet in Prestigious Retail Software Survey
RIS News Retail Software LeaderBoard Bestows High Scores on ECRS for Fourth Year Straight
For four years running, ECR Software Corporation has achieved high marks in the annual RIS News Retail Software LeaderBoard survey. This year's publication, which rated the top 45 software vendors in the retail industry across a variety of categories, exemplifies once again ECRS’s agility and industry focus, and has allowed the company to stand out strongly in the areas of overall service, quality, value, and performance.
In this year's survey, ECRS placed in the top 10 for nine of the thirteen total scoring categories. In eight of those nine categories, ECRS finished in the top 5 or better. These results are strong indicators of ECRS's dedication and commitment to product excellence and customer service.
ECRS's first place finish in Ease of Installation is testament to the solid, commonsense design of its products, as well as the supporting documentation that ships with those products. A fourth place score in Ease of Upgrading and a fifth place score in Ease of Integration further reinforce the stability and design of its products. ECRS also earned impressive marks in other categories, scoring third place for Strategic Value and fourth place for Overall Performance.
Continuing its history of renowned support, ECRS logged third place in Quality of Support and fourth place in Quality of Service. Retail industry CIO's and IT executives continue to be impressed by ECRS products, as evidenced by a third place finish in Total Cost of Operation. Finally, a top-ten ranking in the Customer Satisfaction & Recognition category shows once again that ECRS's position of distinction within the retail software industry continues to grow.
