Results for 2000 | 2001 | 2002 | 2003 | 2004 | 2005

For the third year in a row, ECR Software Corporation has received top honors in the Retail Information Systems News end-of-year supplement entitled "LeaderBoard 2002 : The Top 50 Software Vendors In Retail." Published each December by RIS, the supplement reports on the top 50 retail software companies as ranked by actual end-users of those companies' products.
Impressive Scores for ECRS
ECRS finished 12th overall out of the top 50, and logged an impressive 2nd place finish in the Retail Satisfaction category. ECRS finished tied for 4th place in the Leaders In Support category. ECRS finished ahead of all other software vendors with dealer networks, including Magstar, RTI (Retail Pro), Radiant Systems, Retalix, Fujitsu, and Kyrus.
How The Survey Worked
The goal of the LeaderBoard is simple : to provide user-based evaluations for individuals purchasing technology for their retail operations. End-users were asked to complete a survey created by RIS News in which they ranked retail software companies. The survey included several multi-billion dollar companies such as IBM, Microsoft, NCR, and Oracle.
"The results of this national survey are a clear indication that ECRS and our dealer network continue to gain momentum. Along with our dealer's, ECRS is committed to continuous gain in customer satisfaction, product quality, and feature expansion. We look forward to another successful year."
Peter Catoe
President, ECRS
