ECRS is seeking candidates for an Inside Sales Representative on its Sales Team.
Job Summary
ECR Software develops and implements a full range of technologies that power many of the world's retail automation systems. The ECRS Sales Group is looking for an Inside Sales Rep to educate, service, and sell users of our software & hardware applications. This team is dedicated to meeting the expectations of over 10,000 external customers from within a call center environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary + commission.
The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for generating revenue by identifying and driving opportunities through the sales cycle and closure, delivering ECRS solutions through proactive telephone/ Internet sales. The ideal candidate will build customer relationships through multifaceted customer touches; telephone, email, direct mail, web and occasional on site customer visits. The candidate must be a solid team player with the ability to orchestrate resources internally. Successful reps are viewed by the customer as their single point of contact in navigating the breadth of ECRS's resources. The ideal candidates should have experience in direct sales, basic computer skills, and customer service skills, be team oriented and possess a Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
Requirements
The following knowledge or experience is required: understanding of a retail environment & operations; understanding of basic selling and customer service principals; sound familiarity of information technology; strong telephone and personal communication skills; ability to organize and prioritize; work in a mostly fast-paced, changing environment; technical aptitude and an ongoing learning attitude; professional attitude and a team player; strong work ethic; and self-motivated/career oriented. 2+ years experience in Basic Computer/IT, 1+ years experience in Direct Sales, 1+ years experience in Customer Service, and a 4-year degree in a Business, IT, Marketing, Computer Science or related field is a plus.
Candidates must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Boone, NC.
